Instructions

Heat a pan.

Add bulgogi & shiitake for stir fry.

Stir on high heat for 2~3 minutes.

Add vegetables to the pan.

Stir on high heat for 2~4 minutes.

Move all contents to a plate.

Add 50mL (per serving) of water to the pan.

Add sauce, olive & sesame oil mix and stir to mix well.

Add cellophane noodle and stir slowly on medium heat for 2~3 minutes.

Add bulgogi and vegetables back to the pan.

Stir on medium heat for 30 seconds.
