Dried seaweed
40 gram
Fried tofu
30 gram
Carrot
30 gram
Cucumber
30 gram
Yellow pickled radish
6 gram
Sesame Oil
1 gram
Salt
Rice
Salt
Open vegetables.
Separate veggies individually on a plate.
Add 120g of cooked rice to a bowl.
Add sesame oil and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Layout dried seaweed individually.
Thinly spread the rice over the seaweed.
Press hard outward to ensure the outer edges of the dried seaweed is covered with rice.
Layout each vegetable on top of the rice.
Roll the seaweed while pressing hard.

It's a nice and easy crowd-pleaser. Everyone loves kimbap! The portions were perfect for a few rolls. However, the size of the seaweed wrap was too small for someone with limited skills like me. The kit gives you several 4x4" sheets. Since I have never rolled kimbap I found it difficult. Luckily I had some 8x8" at the house and made several rolls with the provided ingredients. I can imagine that with practice the 4x4" will be perfect.
