Thinly sliced, tender jellyfish is lightly marinated and paired with a crisp medley of julienned cucumber, carrots, crab meat and shrimp. The dish is elegantly dressed with a tangy and slightly sweet mustard vinaigrette, creating a harmonious blend of textures and tastes.

Tear enoki mushroom to smaller clusters.
Boil small amount of water in a pot.
Briefly dip the shrimp and enoki mushrooms in the boiling water, then take them out.
Rinse under cold water then pat dry with paper towel.
In a bowl, combine vegetables, kirby cucumber, jellyfish, shrimp, and enoki mushrooms.
Pour sauce and mix well. Move the mixture to a plate and enjoy!

This one was not for me. I wasn't a fan of the way the sauce tasted and I had a texture issue with the jellyfish, though the jellyfish itself tasted fine.

I noticed that the portion has become smaller. Considering that the overall price went up for each dish at Doofood, I was hoping Doofood did not reduce the portion of each dish :(
