Beef
Add 350mL (per serving) of water to a pot.
Bring to boil.
Add bulgogi & shiitake for soup, sauce, minced garlic, vegetables.
Stir the beef in the pot to prevent them from clumping together.
Optional: Add red pepper for spicy flavor. Bring to boil.
Boil additional 5~8 minutes on medium-high heat.
Add cellophane noodle to the pot.
Boil on medium-high heat for 1~2 minutes.
Add enoki mushroom to the pot.
Boil on low heat for 30 seconds.

My kids absolutely love this (I am somewhat less enthused but they are so crazy about it it’s worth five stars.) I don’t see this as being notably different from the old school bulgogi (I think that’s the name) that doofood also offers.

The Bulgogi Casserole from Doofood is hands down the best thing I’ve had from them! The Korean-style bulgogi is perfectly tender and packed with flavor. It’s incredibly delicious and definitely the standout dish.
